The short version
This is a company website, not a shop.
There is nothing here to buy, no account to open and nothing to download. You can read the pages and you can write to us. What follows sets out what we are promising and what we are not, and it applies from the moment you open a page.
What this site is
Dharanova Private Limited is a hardware company in Visakhapatnam. These pages describe who we are, who works here and what we are building.
Nothing on the site is an offer to sell anything, and nothing you send through it puts either of us under a contract. If we do sell something one day, it will carry its own terms, and those will be the ones that count.
What we say about the products
The products are not finished. Where a page says something is in build, in prototype, or has a provisional patent filed, that describes where the work stood on the day we wrote it. It is not a commitment to ship, to ship by a date, or to ship the thing as described.
Plans change, and hardware plans change more than most. We would rather tell you what we are doing and be wrong about the timing than say nothing at all.
Using the site
Read it, quote it, link to it, send it on. That is what it is for. Four things we ask you not to do:
- Break it, or try to. No probing for weaknesses, and no reaching for parts of the server that are not these pages.
- Flood it. Automated reading is welcome at a sane rate. Hammering the site or the contact form is not.
- Pass it off as your own. Quoting with a link back is fine. Republishing whole pages under another name is not.
- Misuse the form. No bulk mail, no pitches to a list, nothing unlawful.
We block sources that do these things, and we are not obliged to warn anyone first.
If you write to us
The contact form goes to the founders and a person reads it. Two things are worth saying plainly.
Nothing you send is confidential unless we have signed something that says it is. Please do not send us trade secrets, unpublished designs, or anything that belongs to your employer. If an idea needs protecting, protect it first and then talk to us.
What you send stays yours. We read it, we may reply, and we may act on it internally. We will not publish your message or your name without asking you.
How we handle the details you type, and how long we keep them, is a separate question, and it is answered on our Privacy Policy.
What belongs to us
The words on these pages, the photographs, the engineering notes, the logo and the layout belong to Dharanova Private Limited. Grounded Innovation™, RasoiMind™ and DharanovaConnect™ are our trademarks.
Quote a passage with a link back and we will be glad you did. Do not take a page whole, and do not use our name or our logo in a way that suggests we endorse you or are working with you.
Links to other places
We link out, mostly to LinkedIn, where our engineers post their own work. Those sites are not ours, their terms are not these, and what they do with your visit is between you and them.
What we do not promise
We write these pages carefully and we keep them current, but we cannot promise the site is always right, always up, or free of mistakes. It is offered as it stands.
If something here turns out to be wrong or unavailable and that costs you something, we are not liable for it, so far as the law allows. Where the law does not allow us to exclude liability, and there are things nobody can sign away, we do not try to.
Which law applies
Indian law governs these terms, and the courts at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction.
If you are reading this from somewhere else, you keep whatever protections your own consumer law gives you, and nothing here removes them. If a court decides one line here does not hold, the rest of it still does.
