Mission

We build physical sensing and on-device intelligence into everyday objects, and hold them to two rules: act only when sure, and work with or without the internet.

Values

1. Earn it before you claim it. We build conviction from evidence, not from hope. If we haven't tested it, we don't promise it.
2. Own your work. We trust people to work in their own style — but that freedom stops where standards slip or the team is affected.
3. Speak your mind. Every voice counts at Dharanova, irrespective of title or experience, so we expect everyone to speak up.
4. Respect privacy. We keep the sensing on the device. Whatever leaves does so because the user turned it on, not because it suits us.
